We believe strongly in training our workers, equipping them with the right sets of skills and the right attitude which they require to be efficient in their jobs. We have our own training centres to carefully select suitable workers and ensure that they fully understand their job scopes and their employer’s expectations before making any placements. We also have our own trainers who are staffs nurses to specially train our specialized caregivers to better equip them with the knowledge. During the course of the contracts, we also perform routine checks on our workers to ensure that they are coping well. As a result we have a high rate of workers who complete their contracts with their employers which we take pride in.
