Sept to Sept for a British couple living in a condo. Her main duty is to cook as well as to do the housework like cleaning, laundry, ironing. Her duties are general cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, carwashing once a week, simple gardening ( weeding & watering the plants) etc. She can plan the menu or her employer tells her; she cooks 3-4 times a week for dinner and prepares 3-4 dishes like claypot rice, steamed fish, saoup ( watercress with pork ribs, bakuteh, old cucumber with pork ribs, vegetable soup with dried scallops etc), soy sauce chicken, sesame chicken, charsiew, stir fried vegetables, roasted chicken with potato fries or broccoli, adobo, spring rolls, pan fried salmon with asparagus, baked salmon lemon butter, pasta bolognese/carbonara, green salad and can easily follow recipes. A recommendation can be provided.
