She has a degree in Elementary Education. She worked as a tutor for years in Philippines before coming to Singapore. The house was a condominium with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Housekeeping, cooking, cleaning, infant/child care, marketing, laundry, ironing. She has been looking after the altruistic girl for 2 years. She does all the housework, cleaning, look after the boy, bring the boy to school by public bus and back him back home by public bus, reads story books to him and play with him, feed him and bring him to the park. Melba would like a change of environment as she is tired of eating Indian vegetarian food all the time. She is good in cooking western food, Filipino, Indian and simple Chinese food.
