She has worked as a maid in Kuwait for 2 years and 3 months in Singapore. She also like to cook and able to work independently.

Oct - January - She was employed by a Chinese family of 3 members, They are 2 elderly and an adult. She also have to do all the house work like cleaning the house, washing the clothes by hands and ironing. She is also required to do car washing and marketing. Melissa is require to massage the old lady almost every day. She has served the family for 3 months, and they send her home as she is not able to cope and she was not given proper rest. Her employer was 8 months pregnant when she was hire by them. They stay in an apartment and her main duties are to do all the house work and she look after the baby since born. She is able to feed and bathe the baby and she also play and read books for the child. Her employer is taking care of the baby during night time. Melissa has served them until she finished her contract.

Melissa also has experience working as a day care teacher in her home town. and she also graduated as a nursing aid. she is able to assist the elderly but she prefer to look after new born baby.
