Personality wise --- she has good personality, she neat and tidy. When spoken to her during the interview, she is very polite, humble , looks like has good attitude.
Cooking--- She is confident in cooking Filipino food,m she was the one cooking for her family now, she has alos experienced in cooking food for other family when she work for 2 years with Filipino family in to .
House Work--- Leonarda told me she enjoys cleaning and doing other house work like ironing, cleaing the windows, bath rooms, toilets and also she does gardening like watering the plants in the afternoon. She work in 3 storey house.
Conclusion: Loenarda can be a good helper, and she told me during the interview that she would like to work abroad to help her family financially.
