She started working for a Cantonese Chinese family in Hong Kong in before the family decided to move to Singapore in April . She's responsible for looking after her employer's children and doing all the household chores and cooking.

From to , They stay in a 3bedroom condo. She looks after the employer's three-year-old daughter and two years later, to a newborn son. She worked for years with this family. She's also cooking and does all the household chores.
Employer no longer needed a helper and decided to let her look for a new employer.

From to she is working with a Chinese family in a 3 bedroom condo, looking after a 2yr old baby + 2adults. She did all around household cleaning, cooking, everything, etc. She was doing general house chores, gardening, minding 4 dogs (bulldogs), 4 parrots, and fishes in a big aquarium. Cooking and marketing and everyday car washing. She is the only helper in the household. Doing all-around house chores, cooking, marketing, and car washing. She is not able to meet the employer's expectations on cleaning timing.

Rosalinda is a kind, honest and jovial woman who has a personal sense of responsibility. Even though we make it a point to leave her alone after pm, she would usually continue doing her work past these hours on her own initiative - and cheerfully. As her ex-employer had testified to me, I encountered no issues with her attitude and honesty. Even after she has been corrected, she would revert to her smiling and laughing self very soon, so we had no encounters with the proverbial 'black face'.

Rosalinda's greatest strength lies in her cooking (Chinese cuisine). I really enjoyed her cooking during her short stint with us and I will certainly miss her cooking very much. In our case, she took about a month to adjust to our preferences.

We decided to let Rosalinda go as we felt that she had difficulties adjusting to our style in terms of handling and caring for our toddler. If we could qualify for 2 helpers, we would probably have decided to keep Rosalinda for the cooking and housework, while hiring another helper to help with our toddler. However, as we can only hire one and toddler-care is our priority, we have to let Rosalinda go.

I believe Rosalinda will be suitable for a household that needs a helper for housework and for cooking. In terms of childminding, I am not sure but I think that she should be able to assist with an employer with older and more independent kids.
