Aminiyati (Yati) is a cheerful, soft spoken, loving and initiative helper. She shared that she likes to seek a good family who will regard her as part of their family, treat her well where she could work long term with and grow with the family. To her, this is more important than monetary gain - she expressed that if she give her dedication to her work, employer visibility see her good performance, rewards can always come later. She works hard to save for her son and her own future. She can explain confidently and systemically what she would watch out for or do when asked about how to care a baby especially when the baby is crying non-stop.
Helper also shared that she will observe and note down the baby’s behaviours, preferences and make a brief analyse of what the baby wants.
