1. CHINESE FAMILY (06 JANUARY 2006 - 18 MARCH 2006)
She was working in a Chinese family a couple with 2 children (5) and (1) years old, staying in an HDB flat. She was doing all the general household chores including cooking, washing the dishes, laundry and ironing the clothes. She was the one assisting the family with their daily needs. She would send and fetch the children in school. She never finished her contract with this employer because it's her first time to work in Singapore and its hard for her to adjust herself to the family and she decided to return to the agency.

2. INDIAN FAMILY ( 18 MARCH 2006 - 30 MAY 2006)
She worked in an Indian family a couple with a newborn baby a mother -in law which is living in a rooms HDB flat. She was looking after the baby assisting with the daily needs. She was feeding the baby, sterilized feeding bottles, changing nappies and clothes. She will play with the baby, preparing solid food to feed the baby, she will sing a song in a baby and put the baby to sleep. She stayed 3 months with this family for the reason that she cannot cope up with the said job scope and employer let her transfer.

3. CHINESE FAMILY (30 MAY 2006 - 13 SEPTEMBER 2006)
She was working in a Chinese family a mother who's a wheelchair-bound with 3 children ( 21, 17 and 13 years old.) which is living in an HDB flat. She was doing all the general household chores including cooking, washing the dishes, laundry and ironing the clothes. She also assisted the family with their daily needs especially the mother of the children. She will be assisting in bathing, preparing the food and follow medical appointments in the hospital.She never stayed for the reason that she doesn't have a room and she is sleeping in the hall and cannot get enough rest.

4. SINGAPOREAN INDIAN 22 FEBRUARY 2007 - 22 APRIL 2016
She was working in a Singaporean Indian family with 77 years old elderly woman staying in a 4 rooms HDB flat. Her main priorities were to look after the bedridden elderly woman to gave support and assistance to her daily needs and over-all well being. She would follow the elderly to her medical appointments, assisting in bathing, transferring from bed to wheelchair, feeding, changing adults diaper and clothes. She will manage her time in doing the household chores, laundry and ironing the clothes. She stayed 9 years with this family and its because the elderly passed away she needs to find a new employer and transfer.

5. INDIAN FAMILY (22 APRIL 2016 - 13 JUNE 2016)
She was working in an Indian family a couple and 1.5 years old daughter with 2 elderly living in an HDB flat. Her main job was to take care the baby to prepare solid food for the baby, feeding the baby, bathing sterilized feeding bottles, changing nappies and clothes. She would be the one sending and fetching the baby in the Kindergarten school. She never stayed long with this family for the reason that she cannot get enough rest and employer let her transfer and find a new employer,

6. PAKISTANI FAMILY (06 AUGUST 2016 - 04 NOVEMBER 2016)
She was working in the Pakistani family a couple with 26 years old daughter staying in a condominium house. She was an all-around helper, she will do all the general household chores including the cooking, washing dishes, laundry and ironing the clothes. She also attended the daily needs of the family preparing their meals and other household errands instructed by her employer. She never finished her contract with this family for the reason that she has a lot of work and cannot cope up with the job scope.

7. CHINESE FAMILY (18 NOVEMBER 2016- 23 FEBRUARY 2017 )
She was working in a Chinese family a couple and 3 dogs with 2 helpers living in a 2 storey landed house. She was doing all the general household chores, cooking, washing the dishes, laundry and ironing the clothes. She took care the 3 dogs, she will bath the dogs, feeding, combing, brush the teeth of the dog and cut nails of the dogs. She never stayed with this family for the reason that she cannot get along with the other helper and to much work in the house and she decided to transfer and find a new employer.

8. INDIAN FAMILY ( 23 FEBRUARY 2017 -17 MAY 2017 )
She was working in an Indian family a couple with twin babies (1.5 years old.) staying in a condominium house. Her main priority was to look after the baby.She was feeding the baby, bathing, sterilized feeding bottles, changing nappies and clothes. She never stayed long with the family because she cannot get along with the other helper.

9. INDIAN FAMILY (17 MAY 2017 - 23 JUNE 2017)
She was working in an Indian family a couple and 7 years old son with 2 elderly staying in a condominium house. She was doing all the general household chores, cleaning the house, cooking, washing the dishes, laundry and ironing the clothes. She also attended the daily needs of the family, especially to the kid she will be preparing his things and food, sending and fetching in school. She also did the marketing once a week and did the gardening. She only stayed 1 month with this family because the house was too big and she cannot cope up with the job scope.

10. INDIAN FAMILY (23 JUNE 2017 -14 AUGUST 2017)
She was working in an Indian family a couple with (16) and (19) years old.Staying in a condominium house. She did all the general household chores including cooking, washing the dishes, laundry and ironing the clothes. She also assisted the family with their daily needs preparing food and put into the lunchbox. She never stayed long with this family due to a personal issue.

11. CHINESE FAMILY 1(8 NOVEMBER 2017 - 09 JANUARY 2018)
She was working with a Chinese family with 8 people in the house which is living in a 2 storey landed house. There are 3 helpers inside the house and she was sharing to the other helper with the housework. She also took care the elderly woman who has dementia to gave support and assistance to her daily needs and overall well being. She would follow the elderly in her medical appointments, monitor her daily medication, assist in bathing, prepare meals and maintain simple conversations with the elderly to keep her mind in an alert. She also did the other household chores especially cleaning the kitchen area. She never stayed with this family for the reason that she cannot get along with the other helpers.

12. INDIAN FAMILY (29 JANUARY 2018 - 27 APRIL 2018)
She was working in an Indian family which is staying in a 2 storey mansionette house. There are 2 helpers inside the house and her employer always on a travel that is why from time to time she will come to the employer's daughter house to help cleaning the house and cooking. She also took care the 10 months old baby, she will feed the baby, shower, sterilized the feeding bottles, changing nappies and diaper. She never stayed long again with this family for the reason that she cannot get along with the other helper and employer let her transfer.

Our Services 

1) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)

Deployment of New FDW from Indonesia, Philippines, Mizoram and Myanmar and these 4 countries are approved source from MOM for FDW deployment.
    
2) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)
Personally interview of Indonesia, Philippines, Mizoram, and Myanmar at any of our branches located throughout Singapore. Processing of Work Permit can be as fast as 3 working days.
    
3) Direct hire of FDW

Direct application without FDW paying for an additional loan in their country, Processing In Singapore and country of origin will be handled by our experienced staff.

4) Settling-In-Programme (SIP)
All first-time FDWs are required by Law to attend the SIP before starting work with their employers and within the first three days of their arrival. We will ensure the registrations of FDW for the SIP within the time frame given.
    

5) Passport Renewal and Homeleave Processing
Processing for passport renewal and Home Leave documentations for Indonesia and Philippines FDW return home to their country of origin for holidays during the employment in Singapore.

6) Medical Check-up

FDW is required to go for medical check-up upon arrival to Singapore and every 6th monthly to screen for infectious diseases and pregnancies. The medical will be performed by registered Singapore doctor. The employer will bear any medical expenses incurred by the FDW in the course of the medical.

7) Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
We will assists in purchasing the minimum insurance coverage required by MOM for FDW Accidental and Permanent Disability. The employer can upgrade the comprehensive insurance coverage at a reasonable rate because it is employer responsibility to undertake the costs of her medical treatment during her employment in Singapore.

8) Shadow Support 
We also provide Shadow Support Cum Helper Services To Numerous Mainstream And Private Schools In Singapore. School is not an easy place for children with ASD, CP, ADHD  who often have a difficult time, both socially and academically. With limited resources in the school system, Shadow Support is usually needed to enable the child to be an active member of the learning environment in his or her classroom

3.     Who We Disclose Your Personal Information To
