Lin is an outspoken, pleasant, easy-going and cheerful helper who is looking for a family that will treats her like part of the family. She expressed that work to her is not an issue as she will committed to complete all the tasks given. She will always give her best to the family she joined. When she first joined a family, she would always ask about how the employers like things to be done, how food to be cooked, etc. She wants her employers be open and communicate with her respectfully and to share with her on the areas that she needs improvements. She shared that in her current employment, taking care of an autism child is another good experience that she has -- more patient and loves are needed. am even though she has not enough rest.
