We take time to understand each applicant for foreign domestic works (maids and caregivers) from different countries.  As far as possible we try to present to potential employers the applicants’ aspirations and work expectations.  Henry also provides free coaching service before placing them with our employers.  These job applicants are usually pre-trained on basic practical household chores/caregiving duty, but we advise employers to provide personal coaching for their new foreign domestic workers (maids and caregivers) as every home as its own requirements.
