Throughout her tenure with us, her primary duties were to take care for my two daughters and newborn son who are now respectively aged 6, 4 and 3 months. When she joined us, my eldest daughter was 2 months old. She also helped with cooking, laundry and general housekeeping.
Josephine possesses a wealth of experience when it come to housekeeping and is able to operate independently with minimal supervision and instructions. Multi-tasking and juggling among multiple priorities come naturally to her. As long as she knows what she needs to do and what the expectations are, she is able to plan and set routines by herself.

She works with me as a team, listening to the many different and unfamiliar instructions that I deliver every week, ensuring that she understands them in detail and carrying them out without problem. She has also shown herself to be committed to being a contributing and caring part of our family in general, in the way she also makes so many extra efforts to ensure the comfort of myself and my husband and smooth running of our house and business.
-She is intelligent but very sensible with a clear mind. Her perspective on her situation and the environment around her is clear, sound and lacking in judgement. She is very practical and pragmatic.
-Finally, she is good, steady, generally very cheerful company to have and work with. Since my family and I will be going back to Australia for- good I would like to assure any person assessing Josephine Duque that her character and mind are not only sound, but excellent and that she as I have had the pleasure to work with. She worked at our house for two years and was an extremely reliable helper. She was very efficient at her work, remembered everything told and planned things well in advance to finish them on time. She was willing to work hard and long hours on days we had guests at home. She learny indian ways of cooking and was good at cooking food for children - she baked excellent cakes for kids and made pasta and pizza for them which they loved! She also knows first aid, which came in handy if kids hurt themselves in play.

I am pleased to write on behalf of Josephine who has applied as a live-in caregiver(domestic helper) in Hong Kong.
Josephine has been working in our family since July . Her major responsibility is caring my 2 children while I am at work and doing all the household work.
Josephine is an excellent, hardworking, diligent, responsible and matured worker. She has been taking care of my 2 children since my daughter was months and my son 2 months old. She knows how to meet not only their physical needs but also their emotional and intellectual needs. She is very patient with my children and will often put her needs aside in order to meet my children's needs. Due to the long working hours in Singapore, Josephine takes every opportunity to foster the bond between my children and I. She does not try to compete or sabotage our relationship.
Josephine is also able to keep abreast of all the housework and maintain our home meticulously clean. She does all the cleaning, washing, shopping and cooking. She is well-organized in her work. She learns quickly and thinks independently.
Josephine was fitted well into our family and we are very sad to see her leave.
