Nurul or "Fia" as we call her, At she went to work in a restaurant doing cooking & serving for 2 yrs & then came to Singapore in at age . Has had employers in yrs here. We were inclined to reject her in but upon hearing her side of the story decided to take her on. Our gamble was correct. Since she has now finished 2 full contracts with 2 of our empls. She speaks very well & comes across as very intelligent. Her French employer left her a good reference letter, saying "Fia is a responsible, trustworthy & honest helper. She has a pleasant personality & our kids were very attached to her". She's currently completing a 2 yr contract with a Japanese family.
