Maid Introduction
She has successfully completed her one-month training in our Indonesia training center. During her training, she was taught how to cook Chinese food such as mixed vegetables, chicken curry, how to prepare fish, how to prepare meat and how to use various kitchen appliances. She was also taught the basics of household chores such as cleaning, washing and ironing clothes. It was also explained to her on the dos and don'ts in Singapore, the expectations of Singapore employers, and personal women hygiene. She has also been taught Basic English such as common phrases and appropriate household items. As she has no prior experience working in Singapore, her command of English is basic.

MYHELPER PTE LTD is a registered social enterprise dedicated to alleviating the debt burden of domestic helpers, ensuring their psycho-social well-being during their stay in Singapore, and providing them with skills that will enhance their employability after the end of their contracts.

Integrity - We comply fully with all of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) rules and regulations. We believe in full transparency in our dealings with domestic helpers and employers. All contracts are documented and subject to MOM's audits.
Fairness - We protect the interest of employers when the domestic helpers are difficult, and we preserve the dignity of the domestic helpers by ensuring that they are treated well by their employers and paid fairly for an honest day's work. Where rules pertaining to domestic helpers and employers are unclear or ambiguous, we choose to interpret them in favour of the domestic helpers and employers.
