We have to sometimes repeat our instructions multiple times or demonstrate to her what we want her to do. However once it is routine work, she is able to do it independently. While she is attentive to the needs of my grandma, she can sometimes be careless in the housework or cleaning. She is able to cook simple vegetable dishes but will need guidance when cooking more complicated items. However she is keen to learn and does not have much demand in terms of personal comfort and preference. She will likely be a good help to families whose primary need for a helper is to care for an elderly.
