She is committed to finish her 2 years contract because she needs to support her family and she is aware that she needs to adjust and because of her family she will press in to finish her contract.

Recommendation

Basically she is young and may not have much experience but she is very much willing to learn and she really wanted to work so that she can support her family. I believe that she will be good helper as is given time to adjust.
