Cooking				I love to cook its because i can express what inside me. Since Im working in a chinese employers for 5 years. I can handle cooked chinese dishes and Western food. I love cooking, I can cook chilli crab, black pepper crab, steam fish, chicken curry, can prepare steamboat.
Care For Elderly/Disabled				I can say that im very good of taking care of Elderly because i had experience as of now this is my work. Recently I was graduated in Fows school with a course of Nursing Aide and I was taking cared of and elderly for 3yrs and 8 months.

Gilda is a very pleasant and sweet individual. She carries herself well and is pretty well spoken. Her current employers say she is well organised and requires minimal supervision. She is currently managing a 3 storey Terrace house and a garden with ease. Gilda has a green thumb and has kept her employers plants in excellent condition too. Has experience with looking after dogs, fish and birds too. Gilda is a very mature lady and would be good for families that require someone that can manage big households and have no time to constantly supervise.
