Rates


Weekdays (Mon to Fri) for Standard HDB or Condo S$65/4 hours per session



Weekend (Sat, Sun) for Standard HDB or Condo
S$75/4 hours per session


* Engage Weekly twice, thrice or more days, special rate $60/4 hrs.
 


1 X Spring Cleaning (Pre-move in, Post-move out, Renovation) : 1 X $150/4Hrs (client provide cleaning tools & liquids) or 1 X $180/4Hrs (we provide cleaning tools & liquids)


* Promotion limited only to above rates



Contract of 6 months, Entitled 1 Free Basic Cleaning Set & 1 Free Spring Cleaning worth $120/3hrs


Contract of 12 months, Entitled 1 Free Premium Cleaning Set (all relevant cleaning tools & liquids) & 2 Free Spring Cleaning worth $150/4hrs


 - excluding Eves & actual holidays etc and subject to cleaner availability
 
-* We collect just 1x S$80 registration fees (Non-Refundable) with 3 FREE Replacement.
-* CANCELLATION of any job order already confirmed or TERMINATION before cleaning start will incur 1 X $20 charge. Min 2 weeks advance notice required for prior termination of cleaning services, IF NOT, same rate apply
-* Minimum 2 - 3months contract cleaning period.
-* Pls note that an additional $5 will be charged for each cleaner for every empty trip, should cleaning services be cancelled without 2 days advanced notice given.
-* If any client skip consecutive 2 weeks or more (e.g. vacation, renovation, etc), extra 1X $10 to $20 will apply when he/she resume the cleaning service. However, we allow you to reschedule your cleaning to another day of the week without additional fee.
